The McCain campaign misled most Americans into thinking Obama was a socialist looking to spread the wealth. If you really make over $250,000 as I do, then you know paying these new taxes will make a negligible difference to you financially.

Yeah, Clinton was in office when all the policies that Reagan signed started kicking in and working. And btw, you said "since Truman" so you need to remove 1, 6, and 7 I don't argue for either side, they are all politicians. They all drink champaign and fly around in chartered jets, then when the cameras are rolling they talk about how they are in tune with the common man. This country needs a good overhaul, but it will never happen - too many greased palms in control.

I guess that you've automatically decided that I am a McCain supporter, just because I'm not running around saying "Change - we need change" - yeah, that's what the bums on the street corners are saying everyday too.

It's a very sad state of the Nation when you cannot vote FOR someone and merely join the crowd to cast your vote AGAINST someone. Only time will tell us what happens, just remember that if it sucks, you'll be part of the group to blame. Own up to it when the time comes.
