I think there's a fault in your phone. Put it back into its packaging, grab a receipt and take it back! :):):)

I have this phone in that pinky redy colour. Ive had it for 18 months now and its still wearing fine but Im bored of it now haha. My battery only lasts for 2 days 3 at the most but I am forever texting on it and things like that. I hate the cancel touch thing I still press it all the time now and it closes everything down its annoying is that. Oh well Im looking at getting the sony ericson W350i cause it looks good and is a music phone (Y) I will be sad to have to say bye to my little E900 tho.

i had 2 trade my w810i for a e900 couse my sony ericsson was broken but i can tell you se is much more bether than samsung

ive had mine for like before it came out from samsung.... it still holds the battery fine for like at least a week. :S
