The only problem I'm worried about is the hair looking overly plastic and shiny. Has anyone bought it? Does it loose its luster over time (which I actually don't mind)? Does it look okay in an updo, or is the "cap" showing?

Agreed. But I was maybe thinking that after a while and a few washes it wouldn't look so shiny? I don't know. My hair is pretty shiny as it is, and once I dye it brown it'll be shinier, and then maybe it won't looks so overly shiny? Idk. lol.

I've gotten the long brown straight one and it wasn't that shiny when i got it. I sent it back though because i didn't really think it was worth it.

i bought them and they aren't worth it. they DO look natural and beautiful when you first wear them, but after a couple times, the waves stick together and it begins to look very unnatural and artificial. they are extremely difficult to incorporate into an updo..it ruins the hair too.
