Thank you, I had a few doubts about how to do this pose correctly. A lot on kids in youtube apparently, instead of poking fun they should maybe try to exercise a little?

Has anyone seen the relaxation portion for this after the workout? Puts me to sleep every time. Not saying it's a bad thing, hell it's supposed to relax me right? But is falling asleep during this part normal? haha.

I think these two guys are turned on from seeing each other in shorts with barely any clothes on. Cuz on the other videos the other guy has a hard on too. That has never happened to me while doing yoga. They were definitely no focusing on Yoga.
