I know of quite a few teams that have been horrible for lengthy periods of time, including the 80s/early 90s Tampa Bay Bucs (before they got rid of their creamsicle orange uniforms), the Indianapolis Colts before the Manning Era, and the Cincinnati Bengals since 1990.

Your 9ers dominated my Rams for a long, long time. Then briefly we dominated, but now we both are terrible! The wheel of NFL dominance spins round and round! :) But hopefully we'll be better soon enough.
