Its Adobe Photoshop CS3, and no its not free, however there is a free demo on their site for free. it lasts for 30 days.

the clone stamp tool is WAYYYY better. it takes a piece of skin and covers an acne spot. looks more natural. try it

that looks bad. Try pressing the alt key+clicking near a specific spot for a more realistic finish.

I was just doing it quick, for a video. Pressing the alt+clicking is basically using an area to paste selected by you, Spot healing just simplifies the process, and if people are watching these videos, they dont know the complicated way, and most people wont remember it anyways. You can get basically the same result from both. and for people doing this from home, this tutorial does the job and it clearly worked. So go continue to make your own videos and Ill make mine, thanks.
