its yuri. basicaly these 2 girls discover that theye are reincarnations of priestesses of Sun and Moon and they have to save the world from evil mechas/demons (orochi) by summoning their giant mecha (Ame no Murakumo) xD ...but they fall in love with each other and mechas dont really play important role in this show, its mostly romance xD its still worth watching though, its great

Got it cause I heard the girl in black is voiced by one of my fav VAs, Kawasumi Ayako. And may I tell you, she reeeeaally suits the character she voices.
