Is this suppose to be a competition? Its obvious who is gonna win. The bulk of producers have quirks in them that make them in-effective producers. It's like they are actors paid to play that role. This show really shows the problems within the creative field. Only the 2 bald dudes have what it takes to be a producer. If your dramatic or delusional then you simply won't be able to get the work done.

Also there work ethic is really lazy. They had 3 whole hours to shoot a minute piece. They should have had 3 ideas that they spent 40 minutes each shooting then choose the best one. Instead all the teams burned themselves by limiting themselves to 1 idea.

I don't think television have a great futur to be honest. When the A.M. radio was the only entertainment, F.M. radio went available and A.M. radio lost a lot of people. Same for the television -vs- F.M. Radio, and few years ago, internet -vs- television. I don't say television gonna die, but for sure that won't have the same impact. Internet is getting better and better, i can't say the same for television.
