I hate the killing joke origin story. how can a poor, wimpy comedian who has zero experience in crime, suddenly become a criminal genius/mastermind the joker is? Also, I hate this view of the joker as an insane psycho maniac . there's nothing special about that. I prefer the alex ross origin of the joker called "case study". It portrays joker as a sadistic calculating criminal genius who uses insanity as a cover and an act to avoid the death sentence and throw ppl of his real motive
