ANSWERS ARE THERE! sorry i'm tired of answering the same questions over n over. took me 3 months to get to this level of dancing 6-8 hours a day for 3 months. video was made in november 2006! i do not do this amout of hours now though. in total i have been dancing for a year and 9 months. i do not have any dance background, no ballet, gymnastics ect song: fergalicous - fergie i am using a 50mm chrome x-pole which is always on static. you can buy one at the links above. I have started pole dancing myself and realise how hard it really is! You make it look so easy! Hopefully one day I'll be able to do all those moves too!

This has revived my faith in graceful pole dancing after the horror I saw on America's Got Talent today. It looked like two cows climbing on each other. -_-

You are absolutely incredible. As said below, you are very graceful, its hard to believe that you've had no prior dancing experience (I'm not saying that I don't believe you, just that you are so natural, you look like you've been doing it for years) I wish I could dance like you.
