12 The LORD blessed the latter part of Job's life more than the first. It would have been awesome if you had told the ending right. That blew the entire thing. Here's what really happened after Job's ordeals : "the LORD made him prosperous again and gave him twice as much as he had before. 11 All his brothers and sisters and everyone who had known him before came and ate with him in his house. They comforted and consoled him over all the trouble the LORD had brought upon him, and each one gave him a piece of silver and a gold ring.

"God" ... you mean 'El Jehovah' or 'El Jahweh'?? Just that God is an ancient Germanic word that Job never heard implying a different form of divinity than an omnipotent being. God was, and is, an indigenous European concept so who was it that he spoke to. (p.s. just being curious not inflamatory, its something I want to understand a bit better as I understand Old testment is different to new)

The description says this is an accurate retelling, however it should be noted that Job wasn't "just okay" with his stuff getting taken and his children killed. He "cursed the day he was born" . That doesn't sound like he was "okay" with everything. Was he grieving and in pain? Yes of course, who wouldn't be. But he wasn't angry at God, that's the difference.
