but the biggest issue here is that there no job,no major industies,lack of investment on human resources.very selfish,inability to use common sense,very arrogant,very proud,too boastful,lacking sense of humour,too defensive,well educated but lacking natural knowledge,too sensitive but lacks motivations,homophobians,tribalism very organised.
