for a woman and the fact that it is not solid cardio...about 80 calories. most of it was strength training so the heart rate wasnt in the hundreds.

Actually intense strength training is a pretty good cardio workout too. I do mostly strength training now (15-20 min cardio only 2x a week), and I'm more ripped than ever.

well u much be a guy with a high metabolism and no need to burn fat in order to get ripped doing strength alone. the person wanted to know how many calories it burned not how her body would respond to strength training.
