I know as a fact fbbs like diets with loads of salads, eggs and protein! My aunt who is 44 and competing for 14yrs is very disciplined on training and diet for staying always in shape. She is the diet, nutrition and fitness advisor of the family. She helped me to lose weight and got me to eat salad with two spoons of vinegar (she claims oil is too fat and vinegar is good to lose weight) every day and do cardio aerobic exercise with her! Otherwise if she gets angry i wud not want to be around!

I always loved Bev Francis. She has such a phenomial physique. She never got the respect she deserved in the Bodybuilding World. She is a true icon of the sport.
