Lil Wayne best rapper alive? Maybe, but real hip-hop heads know it's more than an ill delivery and bugged out punchlines that gives you that crown. Lil wayne is a swagger jacking mixtape rapper. Take Jay's flow T-Pain's vocoder from time to time and East Coast punchlines and you've got the realest m.c. ever lol! Big up to real artist like T.I. Andre 3000 and Kanye West just to name a few.
