I would never own one because it has killed more Americans than any other weapon. Though I am not knocking on the gun, it must be that good to have a stat like that.

Kalaschnikov made(1947)his Gun after he saw the "Sturmgewehr44",the first rifle with single/auto shooting.Wich was developt from C.G.Haenel(by Hugo Schmeisser)in 1938 and comes to service in 1940.He slighly changed the mechanism and the tolerances.Both guns have nearly the same data,maybe the AK needs twice Amo to hit a target above 100meters. Today its the most build,deadly weappon ever.Its cheap,resistible,simle to use.Till the 80's the ultimate commi-gun and now the no.1 terrorist tool.

I like the AK-74 the best out of the AK series (and my overall third fav. rifle behind the XM8 and M16)
