systema could be a way to teach you basics of moving your body, and moving towards efficiency in a fight. dont judge systema, because u think ur cool (but ur not). ok...whhhaaaat a joke son. systema is amazing...a systema fighter could hit you SO hard, you will spill the beans without them asking. okay son

are there 2 types of sambo or all sambo is like this, there is only one academy near me and i think it is sport sambo not combat, what does that mean?

According to Wiki, there is only one style of Sambo which can be used for combat as well as sports (It was even an olympic discipline for a while), but with the latter, there will be not as many broken bones and dislocated joints^^

this is far from amazing,this guy isnt great.Fedor isnt so good because of sambo,its cause hes a threat in all areas of the fight and is a superb athlete
