Some people can't appreciate John Mayer's music. A great song doesn't have to be as technical as fuck, it just needs the feel and John does it right.

This is a beautifully written song about how if a girl's parents (especially the dad) aren't good to her as a child she will not be able to tolerate close meaningful relationships as a woman because she's never known what it felt like to be treated right.
