passing the bottle of water was nicely done, only one thing,:p, the shadow angle of the cloned version of yourself was different (caused by passing time) Please don't give thumbs down for this comment, it's just a tip for the next movie he uses this effect in.

It's just very complex/great After Effects editing. After Effects is an Adobe Program and the new Creative Suite 4 Version is available now.
