medicare is garbage! Poor people who cant afford to help themselves dont deserve to live. its time we stand up to these mobs of degenerates. McCain refuses to give in and let the black welfare state of america have free healthcare. Black babies = Crack babies they all need to die were not going to pay to support those blacks who run around raping our women. do away with the whole system, let people keep their own money. they get the wheelchairs they need, and no one can defraud the gov't. everybody is a winner.
