I understand you enjoy this guy, and that is fine. But I don't need a definition of "talent" out of a dictionary. I know it because I lived, or died, for music as a living...on my own, with no help from anyone. During that time I saw hundreds, even thousands, of guys just like this guy. Only difference is this guy got lucky, and they didn't...point blank. Anyone in music knows it to be true. You get jobs on pure luck sometimes...directors get tired of looking and your next up to bat. Happens.

I absolutely love Eli. My favorite sings that he sang were (in order) nobody knows it but me, walking in memphis, the elton john song he sang, then Alicia Keys. Eli should have won, not Neil.
