first off, music is an art able to be interpretted by the listener any way they want it, and im sure lou reed would probably agree with that one who cares what they wrote it about. theyre writing the music for you. this is why lennon wrote i am the walrus. cuz people were focusing too much on what he meant in his lyrics, and he knew that wasnt the point of making the music.

beatiful message, beautiful song. I've been a fence-walking seeker, have explored different philosophies, perspectives, dabbled in magick,... but I'm coming back to realizing the uncontestable beauty of Jesus' message. No other figure displayed selfless sacrifice and a message of such peace. If only all christians would focus more on that side of it than obsessing over Laws, Old Testament style. Jesus changed all that with Grace. Emphasized putting God first, and then loving others was the key.

Oh please. Stop feeding people this bullshit. How about in Turkey and Greece, where Jews and Muslims lived together happily for years and years until they were forcibly separated?! (Read: Birds Without Wings) Are you telling me Christians are different? I can't tell you how wrong you are. Christianity was supposed to be about love and forgiveness, but you and everyone else seem to have made it into a battle. Jesus was a peaceful man. Stop fighting off others because you perceive persecution.
