It isn't just a question of no shoogt down or shoot down order, Mineta, along with Laura Brown, Jane Garvey, Richard Clarke all time Cheney's knowledge well before, up to 40 mins before the time stated by the 9/11 commission. Not only that but the Commission ignored their testimony and even had to overrule Cheney himself to cover him + the the lack of planes intercepting

Not trying to interrupt but:If it was a shoot-down order(EdgemanLL2 insists it was), then obviously it wasn't followed. Evidence: the Pentagon was hit. Two possible reasons: 1) Fighter pilots or their immediate superiors refused to follow the order. Heads should have rolled, for disobeying the VP. 2) Fighter pilots were in no position to follow the order. Cheney should have known this. Terrible commander, issuing orders in a vacuum. One head should have rolled.

This book conclusively/factually proves not only was Pearl Harbor allowed to happen (US also provoked it to happen), but that conspiracy's are very real.
