He does not... let's be real. Nobody wants abortion, but at the same time we know people gonna do it anyway... if it wasn't legal we would have women taking acid and killing the baby with cloths hangers and men punching women in the stomach. We can make weed illegal and have people do it anyway, but they arent going to kill themselves in the process of breaking that law.
