JM is more than just a 'good' guitarist. JM is one of the best at feeling the music, probably THE best at feeling the music. his solo's may not be as impressive as Clap's to some, but to me they are.

JM's got a very distinct philosophy. and for me that's what separates him the most from other artists. his lyrics have subtleties that go beyond what we can hear as audience. in that, this song is more than a song

do you guys think that he is the first one to have his guitar like that. SRV had a guitar like that as well so based on the fact he plays this one and also play the hendrix monterary strat, I is just about paying respect to his major influences, you may be reading too much into it.

thats his first guitar, but I dont think he's spent time living rough. he couldnt last 15min on the streets. Amazing guitarist tho

That's not his first guitar. It's a customshop guitar that has been relic'd. He decided all the specs. Extra low output pickups. :)
