was a different time back then not like it is today.. the honest truth would be technology has fucked up society today. no one gets out and does anything anymore like we use to back in the day. we did not have computers growing up or ipods

Man, this is truly an inspirational medley, by probably the grooviest and funkiest band ever to play on this planet. And, James Jamerson, where ever your spirit is now, thank you for that groove, you're an endless inspiration to all of us bass players around the world.

How can someone have that much talent as James Jmerson? He not only played these lines, but wrote nearly everyone of them on the spot in the studio. He was famous for looking at the Songwriters/producers who had taken weeks to write the individual parts and asking them "Do you really want me to play this? Then he would come up with a bass line like this and many, many more in a manner of minutes. The he would record the whole song and not make any mistakes. Extreme Talent at its best.
