There is now such thing as "total bs' in the fitness world, because what may work on ten different people will inevitably find the one person that it just wont help. And that 1% will blow any "proven fitness strategy" right out of the water. And I have seen a fat guy with VERY muscular legs. great legs and a round fat tummy. Never say never radio, it could save your career.

unless chemicals are ingested, a human body will find its "medium" or neutral fitness state with any amount of exercise.
