Does the flow of endess though recede, bringing forth increased introspective and physical awareness or not? If yes, then you're on the reight track with it. Songs are designed to be exciting, while buddhist chants are meant to center the mind into a state that is called samadhi or ordinary awareness-cognition that has many flavours. Beyond that, is enlightenment, synonymous with what some call god.
