Jimmy Carter is a good man and an underated president, he faced a lousy economy and a horrible oil embargo that he got the blame for(he set up many programs to get us off our dependency on foriegn oil and look for alternate energy sources, all which were cut by Reagan as he made his declaration of war on the lower class, while cutting anything that wasnt profitable for his friends and the corporations of America)
