I'm going to have to agree with Shadow. He typed out the lyrics word for word and it's apparent who and what he's singing about. It's hypocrites in our society as a whole that control us, from oil companies to religions. Who are they to wave their fingers at us? They are responsible for wars and hatred amongst us. They're the highest form of psychological warfare through mind control. They make masses believe what they want them to for their gain. We are their sheep and they're evil shepherds.

Its about the American Goverment and their denial to legalize weed. How they are "high" to be stupid not to and get our economy back to where it should be
