You idiot..Look at 0:17 and clearly you can tell that the weight of the sacks are being held by the forearm part of the robot shell..he's just holding his wrists up so they don't slide off. and the first 2 questions, He doesn't have to! Thats the whole point of this. The thing lifts most of the weight its like he is lifting a few pillows.
