72 year old Leslie Johnson aka the mighty Lazy Lester still goin' great! Filmed at the 2006 blues festival held in Alta, Norway, way north of the arctic circle. Backed by Norwegian band Myrhen's Dam & Mike Adcock from The Cadillac Kings guesting on some great N.O. style piano.(apologies for the crazy camerawork in the middle, too much apple juice)

It's not a huge blues scene in Norway but the standard of the players over there is superb, not forgetting Mike Adcock from UK band The Cadillac Kings.

Cheers, hope 'Lester's still up to touring - he just turned 75 last month. Don't miss him, if he ever comes back to europe.

Unfortunately not, camera battery gave out! But I'm sure there's gotta be plenty more recent concert stuff out there - Lester keeps on going & has just played France, Belgium, Finland & Italy.
