Yes he is. On this song the lead vocalist is Tony with his brother Jino (on the right) doing harmonies. Ricao is playing fabulous guitar riffs. This was in July during a heat wave and the mas still had a fire in the fireplace behind the players. HAAA!!! Hot music for sure!!! FYI, Jino and Tony are also in the group Gipsy Lovers. Fabulous!!!
