if u read my comment it also says it does in story mode and i have customized internet for both PS3 and XBOX they both have the same one and the PS3 is fine but the xbox is a little off and in the xbox 360 it does for me and including tyler, and adam (my friends who have the game and have GTA) and u have to test out each system >_> so if u have them both and u tested them out dont cry to me

Don't know if the 360 version gta online lags, but the ps3 online for gta is terrible! this review is so biased! You shoot someone, they shoot you, you die, then they die 5 seconds later! The single player characters are not as rememberable as the characters from previous gtas. People like "sal" who appeared in gta III, san andreas and liberty city stories (psp). I like the cover system, that was one of the things he was actually right about, plus graphics. Better then San andreas? err...nope.

actually at the initial release of gta4 if you went to gametrailers they had an interview in which the creators said they would make an expansion version for the xbox 360 and one for the ps3 so when the ps3 one comes out it will be different. i suppose if u want to experience both but really who has money for these things
