Gershon kingsley's " Popcorn " is one of the worlds most recognisable tunes ...not bad going for a man who penned the track in two minutes.! ! ..... It was recorded in 1969 for Kingsley's solo album " Music To Moog By " which saw Kingsley pioneering the use of Dr. Moog's early synthesizer IIIC.....Hot Butter released a more up-tempo version of Popcorn in 1972.
