Producer Timbaland rips song from finnish musician?

The producer Timbaland seems to have used a six year old song from a finish musician and used it for the song "Do it" by Nelly Furtado. Timbaland also used the song as a "Timbaland Original Ringtone" in 2005! Check this out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wV2fTEeP6GM Note: I have nothing to do with the original song, I just think it's wrong for someone to use someone elses work without crediting them. I would like to add something else too: the point of these videos was to show the similarities between the songs. For some reason that is completely foreign to me, some users feel that this is the forum to express their hateful and racist comments about other people. I WILL NOT TOLERATE SUCH BEHAVIOUR! If you want to comment the videos, that is fine, but BE ADULT ABOUT IT! If the only thing that you can think of writing is something you wouldn't like said about yourself then don't write it. If the hateful and racist comments continue, I will simply disable the commenting-feature. Thank you for your time.

thats not remixing im a producer so i know, all the waveforms and LFO's are the same and if you check for the SID Soundchip version by GRG (legaly remade) you will notice no difference in the melody between all versions. Do you know about 'block party' by any chance, that his ringtone version of it which he sold as his own and is again an exact recreation of the original peice, not to mention he has done this with various asain/indian musicians works as well.

Yes, I suppose if I use text from another author without permission, I can claim it as "sampling?" That wouldn't cut it at high school, let alone a university. Using it for free - fine - but give credit where credit is due.
