wow. actually i'm a beginner to latin e.g. cha cha, samba. i try to know more about othertypes of dance like this one, and merengu , salsa... what are the difference and origin of them? besides, i find lindy hop is more like a vigorous sport than dance, how can people complete a whole song like 3 mins?

Fantastic!! Awesome!! They're all the bomb!! I think I'll lose about 20 lbs. and maybe go back about 20 yrs in my life and do this too. Yeah ... right !! I luv it and while I'm watching it, my shoulders are constantly on the move.
