I agree, Abe is an awesome drummer. And the emotion of Deftones is unlike any other band out there. Last night I was listening to Fist for the first time in awhile and I just burst into tears, when Chino screams "I'm so tired and sick" toward the end. Haha, wasn't expecting to cry at all. But Deftones can do that to a person.

Beautiful song...brings me to fuckin' tears the emotions it evokes. And the drummer is so under-rated...he deserves a lot more recognition.

its good to see deftones break away from all that kroq, mtv, rock-staresque bullshit... they always seemed like the kind of band who didnt want to blow up like they did. i remember going to see them wiht my mom in redding before they got all big...fuck! this was before they even started touring the us, let alone california.
