I think that "don't fall in love with everyone you see" has some great songs, like 'westfall', 'listening to otis...' and 'okkervil river song'. its almost my favourite just because of those, but black sheep boy is still number one. Especially if you get the additional b-sides.

It's a fact in this case, though, because even though there are some lousy indie bands out there, screamo and metalcore are pretty much uniformly awful.

in case you haven't already get the stand ins - it the second half of the stage names and was only released a couple days ago and it's really really sick

Black Sheep Boy is incredible but I think on the whole I prefer The Stage Names. It's hard to compare them directly because the subject matter is so different.

I don't know if it's their best, but it's definetly my favorite. I recommend the song "Black", on that album.
