the song is about the conscription of the lower classes to fight the vietnam war. being under 40 has nothing to do with it, just listen to the lyrics. although your hearing starts to go to shit after 40! the album with this track on was released in 1969, smack bang at the hieght of the war, when conscription levels were at thier highest!

I find it funny that an anti-war song (and yes it is an anti-war song because it's about the draft and how rich kids can have mommy and daddy buy their way out of the draft) is placed with all these images of atom bombs going off.
