It is proposterous that there are people who still don't believe in evolution. It is a theory, which in science means it as close to proven as possible. We has seen evolution take place and we have overwhelming evidence to support it. How does the notion of some omniscient being with a lack of evidence supporting that he even wrote the bible (how do we know it wasn't some random dude?)make more sense? How is the idea of there being a God any different from ancient greek mythology?

No. I think what Sam meant to say was that Reincarnation is in the same boat as God and the Flying Spaghetti Monster: There is currently no evidence, but if someone can produce some, he'll gladly take a look.

First of all I'm a Christian (you guys can attack me all you want for that I don't care), but as a Christian, I really do think it to be sad that many of my fellow Christians actually believe the end of the world will come in the next 50 years. The Bible gives no evidence for this. I DO believe the world will end, but it could be tomorrow or 10000 years from now. Point is the bible DOESN'T tell us. And you can see the affect it's having on unbelievers such as Sam Harris.

cougarsrule45, (yes, cats rule =D) The Idea of the world ending in 50 years is a picking point of atheists. They find a few people who sternly believe this, and portray it as mainsteam Christianity. Every Good Christian know full well that the Bible says no body knows judgement day. Sam is a Jew cloaked in the garb of atheism. Sam Harris has Jewish Aggressions about him.

lol I was responding to someone who said he was jewish. Some people seem to think if you are born to people that are jews you're a jew for life.
