Haha, Jobs sure is a good salesman. He'd readily dis his own past products as soon as the new flashy mac comes out. I'm sure powerbook owners were pretty pissed by the "4-5 times faster" statement.

I have one problem with apple that they always release a very expensive product and hold back on the important components that they think you can do without and then release them periodically in revisions. If you don't know what I mean then look at the iPhone: When the 3G version came out apple made out it was the new technology and was exclusive to the iPhone when 3G is in most phones now and has been out for years.
