I concur. The closer to reality the funnier they get. What could be more absurd than 9 people deciding the way 300 million people live and even today keep capital punishment intact. I bet you money that at least Scalia and Thomas think of the death penalty in exactly these terms as "badass punishment", hehe.

no, the death penalty is crap. we should either have soem kinda death race stuff. Or kick them into a huge pit where they have to fight for there lives on camera =D then the survivors get shot with massive machine guns!!
