Video slide show using photographs taken on Mindanao Island in the Philippines between 2008 - 2009. The film concerns Amnesty Internationals investigations into cases of Human Rights abuses suffered by civilians caught up in the armed conflict between government troops, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front [ MILF ], the largest Muslim rebel group in the southern Philippines and local militia The video is narrated by Amnesty International researcher, Hazel Gelang who visited the area and collected testimony from those affected. The video also features quotes from actual interviews with displaced people, who are here voiced by actors. Photographs appear courtesy of BALAY, a Philippine Human Rights NGO.
