still iv never heard anything good about it except that its just a gimmick what sort of things use it in games i know on one game u can fly a dragon with it

You don't need to worry about the PS3 overheating, unless you put it in spot that has very little air circulating through it. As far as the Nyko intercooler goes, it works but its a little more noisy. Which really isn't a problem, for some people it does seem to be though.

That's true. But tomorrow I will get a PS3 80GB, and I'm afraid this get overheated :S (¿what do you recommend it?) ¿Do you test the Nyko Intercooler before? This can blow out the hot air.
