December 2006 There are claims Malaysia's secular constitution is being threatened by creeping Islamisation. Non-Muslims feel they are being treated as second-class citizens. Moorthy Maniam was a Malaysian Hindu hero. After he died, a group of Muslims claimed he'd made a deathbed conversion. Despite his widow's protests, the Sharia Courts declared he should be buried as a Muslim. "They used Moorthy to show that in this country, Islam is supreme", complains lawyer M Manoharan. In the 1980s, Malaysia's Sharia courts were given equal power to the civil courts, creating two parallel legal systems. But while the Sharia Courts are constantly trying to extend their authority, secular courts are reluctant to challenge them. "Non Muslims have no place to go and fight for their basic rights".

what a joke .... its really ajoke. Malah tajuk video dan komen pun lawak jenaka. Mahkamah syariah sememangnya terbuka untuk memberi keadilan kepada orang bukan Islam tetapi kerana prejudice that is too thick than reason in some of Malaysian Chinese and Indian, they thought that they could not get justice ... heck ... it is them themselves that fail to appear to Syariah court when request so to do. Submit to its jurisdiction if not please do not complaint that justice could not be obtained

Here is the real history of the malaysian populations and the Mathatir satan changed it so he want his face shine to Arab and Indonesia (same shit) that he has conquered the Chinese and Indians and overthrow their right as the originals people in Malaysia. When I was born and went to school, the schoolbook said Chinese is the most population and it means majority and those pigs were minority. this is how i learned these majority and minority words so look for yourself what are thery proclaiming?

The malays were originally from Indonesia but they are not a bit shameful when every time they chased the Chinese and Indian back to their so called own country, hey I was born in Malaysia so where do I belong China or India? And then China and India say hey who are you we never see you born here. so I have to go live in the moon?So I said to hell the malays and their Islam in malaysia bunch of stupid assholes.Stink and try to be smart, no cultured attitude just uncivilised pigs
