Goverment didn't act they way they should of, they way that was required, and the public didn't make it as big of a issue as it should of been. And a big part of it was race, but it shouldn't matter we are at the point in society where when something happens like this, race dosen't matter. Race is a issue to this day, but in times like this when it's a tragedy our society is suppost to care more than it did, and our goverment is suppost to act faster and better than it did.
