The original comment that wb457 was responding to implied that the floods were man-made, some kind of conspiracy theory. Don't know what happened to that comment.

Videoeris, I don't know where all the comments disappeared to... it's just showing 2, mine & yours, but I recall my response to the so-called conspiracy theorist saying this is from the use of HAARP, I believe. Totally unfounded & ridiculous. And where did I say this wasn't serious?
