What about Katrina? This is how it works! City, County, State then Federal....Follow me? Or is it too complicated for you to understand? I live in Florida we have our share of hurricanes...Sorry, if I feel that I am responsible for myself and I do not wait for government to tell me what to do....as I am not dependent on government...EVERYONE was aware of a hurricane coming EVERYONE...They had a choice to stay or leave they chose to stay....How can you blame that on anyone else?
