Well he also wrote "Wild Thing" and "Funky Cold Medina" for his brother Tone Loc around the same time, so he was a one hit wonder as far as performances go but slightly more prolific if you count his songwriting credits.

Well for the record I didn't only read Wikipedia - that's where I got the erroneous "brother" reference from but I've also seen him interviewed on VH1's "I Love the 80s" shows. Besides, who cares where I got the info from? I'm not passing myself off as an expert, just putting it here so people don't have to do the work of looking it up themselves.

since that was almost 20 years ago and his only other claim to fame is appearing on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club 3 in 2006. He is currently planning a comeback with a new version "Bust a Bowel Movement".
